1. What is Pawzen?
Pawzen is a modern pet accessories brand focused on comfort, calm, and minimalist design. We carefully select high-quality products to make pets happy and homes harmonious.
2. How long does shipping take?
We process all orders within 2–5 business days. Delivery usually takes:
- United States & Europe: 7–15 business days
- Asia & Oceania: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–25 business days
A tracking number is sent to your email once your order ships.
3. Where do you ship from?
Orders are shipped from our partner warehouses located in China, the U.S., or Europe, depending on product availability and destination.
4. What is your return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging.
To request a return, email us at support@pawzen.com with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive your return. Return shipping costs are not covered unless the product is defective or incorrect.
5. My order arrived damaged — what should I do?
Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at support@pawzen.com with your order number and clear photos of the item. We’ll send a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
6. Can I cancel or change my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order, we can usually cancel or make changes before it ships. After shipping, we cannot guarantee modifications.
7. Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All transactions are processed through encrypted SSL payment gateways, and we never share your data with third parties.
8. Will I have to pay customs or import taxes?
Depending on your country’s regulations, international orders may incur import duties or taxes. These are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price.
9. Why did I receive only part of my order?
If your order includes multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different warehouses for faster delivery. Each package has its own tracking number.
